Before founding ACRE Development Partners in 2020, Chip gained extensive experience analyzing market opportunities and trends on Wall Street with firms such as Spear Leeds & Kellogg, Merrill Lynch, and Cantor Fitzgerald, where he played a key role in rebuilding the firm after 9/11. Throughout his career, he has advised respected investors on market risk and unique investment opportunities.
Chip’s expertise in market analysis and his vision for targeted real estate developments in prime locations have been central to the strategy and success of ACRE Development Partners. Building on this success, Chip launched ACRE Construction to complement and expand the capabilities of ACRE Development. This addition has created new opportunities, enabling the seamless execution of projects and further enhancing the company’s impact in the real estate market.
Larry Battaglia founded Kent Construction in 1999, bringing years of experience in building materials sales and metal products before shifting into residential and commercial construction. His portfolio includes spec homes, custom builds, and large-scale remodels, giving him firsthand expertise in designing developments tailored to the Greater Tulsa area. With over 30 years in the industry, Larry has established a reputation for integrity, quality craftsmanship, and strong client relationships.
Adam Beauchamp has been immersed in the building industry since childhood. Raised in North Dakota and Oklahoma, he gained hands-on experience working at a lumber company while attending high school and college. With degrees from Northeastern State University and Texas A&M-Commerce, Adam has overseen major construction projects, including two $99 million developments. His expertise in communication, logistics, and leadership ensures projects are completed efficiently and with a deep understanding of the construction process. Adam’s ability to connect with owners, investors, and teams fosters collaboration and streamlined builds that meet the highest standards of quality and execution.
Art Kennedy brings 34 years of experience in design, construction, and development to ACRE Construction. Holding a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, he has represented global private equity groups as a development oversight officer on numerous projects across the U.S., including over 41,000 Class-A market-rate multifamily units, senior family housing, hotel, hospitality and resort, and millions of square feet of commercial space. Art’s leadership in development oversight has ensured successful, high-quality project execution.
Before joining ACRE Construction, Cole graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance and earned a certificate in Sales. During his time at OSU, he completed an internship at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation’s Uptown Dallas office as a financial analyst intern in Capital Markets. In this role, he contributed to underwriting multifamily, retail, self-storage, industrial, and hotel properties, conducted market research for loan request packages, and prepared developer biographies for capital providers to review.
Rocky Calmus brings over a decade of construction experience, blending athletic discipline, entrepreneurship, and hands-on expertise. A former University of Oklahoma football player and four-year NFL veteran, Rocky applies the leadership and work ethic honed in professional sports to every project. After retiring from football, he founded his own landscaping company, where he sharpened his project management and customer relations skills. Over the years, Rocky has successfully managed multi-million-dollar custom home projects, and his comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, combined with his commitment to excellence, makes him an invaluable asset.
Mark Craig is an accomplished professional with a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and over three years of managerial experience. Currently serving as a Sergeant in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, he has honed his leadership and organizational skills under pressure. Before transitioning into construction, Mark interned at MHC Kenworth, where he managed logistics, inventory, and transportation for a warehouse with over 100,000 parts. His blend of military discipline and business acumen makes him a valuable asset in overseeing project logistics and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
For the past 40 years, Melanie Lye’s work history has combined experiences to include Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable Manager, Human Resources Associate, Bookkeeper, and Business Owner. Melanie attended TCC, Tulsa, OK where she earned a Degree in Business Administration. Her experiences and education have translated into her current role at ACRE Construction as Office Manager.
Priscilla Mirabal serves as our Bidding Coordinator. Her previous experiences as an Apartment Manager and Administrative Assistant helped cultivate her strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Priscilla is bilingual, which gives her the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. In addition, Priscilla is also a Zumba® Education Specialist for Zumba® Fitness, and has trained thousands to become Zumba® Instructors.
